Human Resources (HR) Manager
What You Will Do
The HR Manager will manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws. You will develop HR policies and foster a positive work environment.
How Will You Do It
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
