Formwork Designer
What You Will Do
The Formwork Designer will create detailed design plans for aluminium formwork systems based on project specifications. You will use CAD software and have a deep understanding of formwork principles.
How Will You Do It
- Develop detailed formwork designs using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create formwork plans.
- Ensure designs meet project specifications and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to finalize designs.
- Prepare design documentation and manuals for use during construction.
- Update designs based on feedback and site conditions.
- Stay current with advancements in formwork design technology.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in formwork design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
